About Little Apple Bakery

My name is Gretchen May, and I’m a licensed cottage baker based in Apple Valley, Minnesota. Baking has been a part of my life since I was young, growing up in the kitchens of my family. What started as a love for creating and gifting baked goods has grown into a passion for designing and executing custom treats, including cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and macarons.
